The commercials, TV shows, movies and music videos that you see as finished products take long hard days of work to finish. Most days of filming begin before 7 a.m. and don’t wrap up until around 9 p.m. with the last shot of the day, known in Hollywood as a "martini shot". Anywhere from 15-30 sets will be shot in a day, while the production crew is given meals right on the set cooked by craft services. While a movie may take months to shoot, a commercial is usually completed in 5 days or more. The process of putting a project together includes pre-production, production, and post production – all of which are essential in making the final piece the best it can be. A great amount of money, time and production personnel are needed for success.

What Property Owners are Saying

"We never thought that earning Tax-free income could be so easy. Bud light, Taco Bell, and Burger King have all filmed commercials at our home. We have paid our own property taxes with the income from these productions."
