The house sits on almost an acre of flat land, with sizeable areas in both the front, side and back. The side of the house has a large 2nd story car port with massive columns on stone bases. The back of the house has a patio, basketball hoop and two balconies; one off the masterbedroom, and one off the kitchen. As do all the grounds, the front of the house is beautifully landscaped with a large open front porch. Great for filming a garden party, home improvement commercial, painters commercial, outdoor wedding or Victorian period film.
