We are located in the same area that the monthly ArtWalk is held and everything is within walking distance no more then a block or so away, including coffee houses, book stores, bars, dinning, clubs, galleries, museums, subways, office supplies, etc.......
The "LA Cafe" is located in between the lobby and parking lot of the building - (which delivers 24 HOURS A DAY, EVERY DAY.......and we are across the street from two comfortable cocktail lounges.
There is, excellent temperature control and the quiet laid back atmosphere is accompanied by no loud street noise or craziness to worry about, so it is basically perfect.
Prices are negotiable, (depending on your specific needs), to share the studio as your work space, giving you full access to the studio, kitchen, tv area, and photography equipment.
