The office is actually a bedroom without a closet, and has hardwood floors and a built in desk/storage below on half of two walls. It has double doors, and is off the large entry way into the house.

The dining room can be seen all the way from the master bedroom on one side (25 yards), and into the larger living room on the other side. There is slate tile in the dining room, which extends from the entry way through the dining room, and into the kitchen.

Driveway can hold 4 large cars or 6 small ones (prius). Considering putting in a circular driveway and eliminating some of the walkway and grass area for more parking and convenience. We have 5 cars (one away at college), with one of them an antique 1960 Convertible Buick Le Sabre.

The street is a cul de sac, and we are in the far end. The end is the back yard of the houses on the next street. There are only 10 houses on the block, and the parking is permit restricted (Permit 165). Permits in the neighborhood are easily obtainable, as there is quite a bit of filming that goes on near here. The street and driveway can accommodate the filming trucks easily.

The entry is large, open, and tiled, with a stairway leading upstairs and the catwalk overlooking it. There is a large chandelier lamp hanging from the ceiling, which can be removed or replaced at your desire. The stairway way and catwalk railing is a dark oak color, very rich looking, and there is a floor to ceiling window on the landing of the stairway. The entry way leads directly into the pool table room with a step-down, and to the right is the indoor jacuzzi and master, and to the left is the other living room and dining room.

There is an extra large swimming pool and paddle tennis court in the back yard, with a build in basketball hoop on the south side of the court. The net is currently at volleyball height, but can be lowered or removed. There is ample patio area in the backyard, as well as an L-shaped build in bbq and wood burning fire pit with a seating area around it. It would be ideal for showing kids roasting marshmallows! The side yards are ideal for crews with large equipment to access from either side, or through the house to the yard. There is also a diving board for the pool, with brick coping surrounding it.

Quite a bit of the house can be seen from only two or three spots in the house, as the only impediment to seeing almost all of the downstairs living area is the 18 foot floor to ceiling brick see through fireplace.

The step down living room is very large, and has an alcove for the 82 inch tv and bookshelves. There is a game area with two large chairs and a table for board games, and an old electronic cocktail game table (think Pac Man - but now with 60 different games including 3 different Pac Man games!). There is a 13 foot floor to ceiling French window, and views of the dining room and kitchen, as well as the entry, stairway, catwalk, and guest room. There is a 15 foot floor to ceiling brick see through fireplace, and step-down wet bar, and French doors to the back yard. All furnishings are easily moved or removed.
