This home was built in 1904 by Arthur Davies famous for his work on the Windfield Scott Mansion "Thistle Hill." This was Mr. Davie's family home. It has undergone a 2 year restoration. It meets all 2007 building codes. It is open and and ready for use.
The ceilings are 9 to 11 feet. All historical requirments have been met. 8.5 tons HVAC with 220 Volt is available. A two room basement is mostly empty. The garage is oversized with 10 foot walls and 8 foot entrance. Large parking lots are available within 1 block.
