Maine is a state with magnificent scenery and exclusive physical features.
Fishing villages, lighthouses, Atlantic Ocean beach houses and small towns on the edge of forests are just a few places to start looking for filming locations. Any wages paid to production personnel will qualify for reimbursement at 10-12%.

Production companies may be exempt from the electricity and fuel taxes, and production crew is exempt from hotel occupancy tax when they stay for more than 28 consecutive days.

Maine has 3,500 miles of coastline and 6,000 lakes and ponds to accommodate its locals, tourists, and filmmakers.
