Property Description

My property in Park County, Colorado is a pie wedge shaped 27.82 acres. There are rock outcroppings, and just about 360 degrees of mountain view from the top of the hill. I do have a 5th wheel trailer parked there right now and it wouldn't be a problem if it needed to be moved. Park County is Open Range Territory, so there are cattle that roam EVERYWHERE! Bear, Moose, Antelope, Coyotes, Badgers, Blue Birds and the ever present field mice are found in the immediate area.
