Property Description

The original part of the house was built in 1927. The rest was added on in 1976, 1980, 2004. The 800 sq ft. two room workshop can also serve as a guest house. We have a koi pond and an outside fireplace. Our home is situated on a somewhat rural street with no street lamps and only two blocks from the freeway and one mile from the beach.
