We just moved into this brand new house 2 months ago. The house was custom built for a family that backed out of the deal when the house was almost finished because they ran out of money. The house was then purchased by the builder who then proceeded to finish and sell the house to us. Because of this situation, the house is exremely unique and has many additional features that would not be found in a spec house.
