Cottage was build in 1927 w/1300 sq feet, woodframe and allot of character. Located in downtown Clearwater about 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the church of scientology & close to Tampa, 20 minutes. Gardens have been a little distressed because of the cold weather but usually beautiful. Housing in back is the spa room. We have an eclectic taste if that isn't evident and will consider options as they arise. We have another house too and when the tenants move we would open that one up on the website. That will be a vacation rental anyway.
