Huge is the word that comes to mind to describe this house. When guests stay over, we call it Hotel Sidell. Would make a great bed and breakfast. This home is a praire-style four-square built around 1905 with original unpainted woodwork in most rooms, 9-foot ceilings, second largest home in our town of 650 people, originally built by the Gerlaugh family. I was told a Californian, James Eddy, lived here during World War II era. In my renovating of this house, I have tried to keep as much original as possible, but mostly all windows have been replaced and mechanicals updated. Attic is also finished.
