Property Description

The entire property is 40 acres with regular home, guest house, barn and outbuilding.The guest house offers a living area with sink and also a bathroom with shower. There is an enclosed courtyard with shade trees around the main house and guest house. Courtyard also has a wooden shed, metal shed, home-made gazebo, brick fireplace and animal coop. Other buildings and such include a garage (with shower), chicken coop, outhouse, old gas pump, old water pump, grinding mills, big wooden wagon, three-horse barn with tack room, mare motel, and old red wood barn. There are several pipe corrals in addition to the barns, plus an arena and round pen. In the front pasture there is an old rusted fire engine. Rumor has it was left on the property from a previous film shoot many years ago. The backside of the property is hilly with wild oak and pine trees, brush and wildflowers. It is very open with no powerlines. It is fenced with barbwire around the perimeter and has a white wood fence along the front driveway. Beyond the back owned acreage, acres of rolling hills for local cows that graze as the area is deemed open range. (It is owned by another person.) It includes live oaks, scrub and wildflowers and poppies in season. Also there are wind turbines (windmills) operated by SoCal Edison on the distant hills.
