Ranch consists of 103 acres with pasture meadow areas, some hilly rustic chapparal oak tree areas, some dirt quad or 4 wheel areas as well as nice road areas. Easy access to property from town but on private road with gate entrance. so no looky-loos' or traffic to deal with. Secluded for privacy but not to far from the city or surroundings. Local old town "Lompoc" the flower capital of the world is 10 miles away and famous "Vandenberg Air Force Base" is nearby. Missile Launches can be seen from the ranch!
