There is a lot of room to move around at this film friendly residence. It's easy to take shots in the kitchen as well. The master bedroom and bathroom upstairs are easy to access and there is ample room too. There is a downstairs bedroom with access from the hallway and access into a bathroom which again gives different angles of shooting. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a jack and jill bathroom in between that is great for bedroom scenes. There is a huge built in office upstairs which would be easy for filming or even office production needs. In addition, the backyard has a large resort-like bar with a full kitchen and ample seating available at the bar. It might be a good setting for a beer or liquor commercial. There is a fire pit and a nice sized swimming pool which would be great for any kind of filming. There is only one house on one side of this one which makes it easier for filming and allows for lots of parking space and room to setup craft services. As you can see from the pictures of the front, from the driveway all the way down the wall is 200 feet of parking area that is considered my property. In addition there is a 4 car garage so the driveway is wide with RV parking attached to that. The garage could be used during production for staging, storage and filming, it is a large garage. It also has a garage door which opens into the backyard for easy access to pull through or getting into the garage. The house has tile floors downstairs which is visible from some pictures. It has traditional woodwork throughout the downstairs also visible in pictures. The cabinets in the kitchen are oak with the counter tops black granite, also visible in pictures. The flooring in hallways, office and master bedroom are hardwood. All bathroom are tiled. Some of the rooms are furnished and some are not.The backyard has a step up area originally created for a band to perform so there is electrical outside that is very film friendly. I am very flexible and will be glad to have my house used as often as possible for any type of shoot and for any length of time. None of that is an issue.
