Property Description
Blumenthal Farms backs up to the meandering Pedernales River. You can stroll down to the river and bird-watch or wade in the cool shallow waters. Come visit the beautiful Hill Country area and relax in a rustic old German-built saloon. Founded in the late 1800's by the Hohenberger brothers, this was a small agricultural business in the Blumenthal community near Stonewall and Fredericksburg, Texas. There was a cotton gin, a blacksmith shop, and the saloon. A new saloon was built in 1908 with the hopes that it would be a successful dance hall.
