Property Description

The main feature on the 250 acre alfalfa farm is the 150 foot by 300 foot covered full service rodeo and horse arena. The backdrop and view from the arena is comprised of the terminal portion of the Rocky Mountains, with the highest peak at 12,000 feet. The facility is suitable for any equestrian event, year round. We can house and board 100 horses in individual stalls. There is also space for up to 250 head of cattle. We can provide all hay, bedding, and care. There is a complete set up for any rodeo event with top of the line Priefert panels, gates, and chutes. The property is located 10 miles from White Sands, a popular location for numerous films, commercials, and movies.
