Mesa Parks and Recreation includes 56 developed parks, 64 multipurpose althletic fields (baseball, soccer, softball, tennis), five recreation centers (including basketball courts, climbing wall, multipurpose rooms, etc.), ten swimming pools, a skate/wheels park, the 5,000 capacity Mesa Amphitheatre, and the Mesa Convention Center.
