Motel was built est. 1960, Texaco Gas Station was built est. 1960. The Cafe building was moved to the property around 1965 from Memphis. The house was moved from the farm to the property est. 1960 also. Located in Hedley, Texas, Population 379. approx. 72 miles NW of Amarillo, Texas. Approx. 15 acres total. Horses are grazing in the field behind the Motel. Low rolling plains area, farming and ranching community. Farming consists of Hay, Wheat, Cotton, and Peanuts. Long line of cotton farmers in this area, great place for any filming. Wild West still exists in these parts, cowboys that rarely take off their spurs on the many working ranches in this area.
